To place an order, visit our CaterTrax website or contact our catering office between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm at 203-254-4000 x3233 or catering@fairfield.com. Whenever possible, all catering orders should be placed 10 business days prior to your event. While we make every effort to accompany last minute orders, we cannot guarantee your first-choice selections can be fulfilled.
